For breathtaking panoramas
"With its transparent twin-wall façade, the twelve-storey Roschmann Tower is visible for miles around and offers impressive panoramic views of Augsburg and the Alps. To avoid interrupting these exceptional views as much as possible, the Roschmann Group opted to install an opening unit with minimised internal and external face widths in the all-glass construction without mullions. The Panorama Design window from Schüco was the perfect choice thanks to its numerous benefits, and in particular energy efficiency. The outer frame was modified by Roschmann so that it "floats" in the surrounding insulating glass. The window vents in the transparent façade therefore stand out with their attractive, slimline face widths and highlight the modern, contemporary architecture of the tower."

The AWS 75 PD.SI window system sets new standards in terms of design and creative freedom. Amazing panoramas are no longer obscured by wide frames and large glazed areas blur the boundaries between inside and outside.

The new Schüco handle design without rosettes has been developed specially for the new aluminium window system in order to perfectly accentuate the particularly narrow vent profiles. The PD handle is also available in a locking version for maximum comfort and security throughout the building.
The integration of the highly thermally insulated Panorama Design window in the Schüco FWS 35 PD façade creates a design-oriented architectural solution. The combination with the narrow, opaque AWS 75 PD VV ventilation vent also fulfils the need for comfort.
The Schüco AWS 75 PD.SI window system has received the German Design Award 2020, the Red Dot Design Award 2019 and the iF Design Award 2019.
